Full-Time / Part-Time Store Associate

Pay: Starting at $13.50/hour and up, depending on experience and performance

Schedule: Some weekends required. Must be available during busy store days, especially Thursday through Saturday.
About the Position
Chicken Depot is looking for dependable, hard-working store associates to help keep our store clean, stocked, organized, and running smoothly.
This position is a hands-on customer service and store operations role. You will assist customers, run the checkout/register, stock shelves and freezers, clean, organize inventory, and help maintain a store environment that is friendly, professional, and easy to shop.
We are looking for people with a great attitude, strong effort, and the ability to stay busy without needing constant direction.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, helpful way
- Run the checkout/register accurately
- Stock shelves, freezers, and store displays
- Help unload, move, and organize inventory
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Maintain freezer areas, floors, counters, windows, and customer areas
- Assist with daily store tasks and opening/closing duties as needed
- Communicate clearly with managers and coworkers
- Help the team reach daily and weekly store goals
Physical Requirements
This job can be physically demanding. Applicants must be able to:
- Stand and move for most of the shift
- Lift, carry, stock, and organize product
- Work around freezers and frozen inventory
- Keep up with a fast-moving workload, especially on busy days
- Stay productive during slower times by cleaning, stocking, and helping improve the store

Schedule
Chicken Depot is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Applicants must have availability that fits store needs. Some/most weekends are required, and availability Thursday through Saturday is especially important.
Pay
Starting pay is $13.50/hour and up, depending on experience and performance.
