Chick'n Headz in Bentonville, AR is looking for one restaurant manager and an assistant manager to join our team. What We Are Looking ForOur ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a high-volume and full-service restaurant setting, along with evening and weekend availability. Exposure to inventory procedures, and strong food and beverage knowledge is required. Bilingual is a plus. Position Summary / Key ResponsibilitiesResolve guest concerns and service issues promptly with professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.Support store operations including cost of goods and labor management.Lead, supervise, and uphold service and guest experience standards while providing effective, real-time coaching.Recruit, select, onboard, and retain team members while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.Support training and development to strengthen knowledge, execution, and service excellence.Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and handling regulations and procedures.Foster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team culture (FOH and BOH) through strong leadership.Deliver consistently friendly, attentive, and engaging service to guests throughout their dining experience. Basic Qualifications3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or a related field.Min of 2yrs experience working in a restaurant environment.Must be at least 21 years of age.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of restaurant software: scheduling, inventory, POS.Strong knowledge of food safety procedures (Serve Safe Certified preferred) and liquor laws. Current or ability to obtain required local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.Demonstrated passion for hospitality with a track record of creating exceptional guest experiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Keen understanding of labor laws, interviewing, termination, etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills with staff, guests, and suppliers.Highly organized and detail oriented.Strong multi-tasking skills; must manage responsibilities under strict deadlines.Must be Team/ Service Focused.Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
