Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing Team Members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with company goals.
- Responsible for training in the front and back of the house
- Lead a team of trainers ensuring training program is implemented and being followed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in training or leadership roles preferred.
