What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Members with Open availability position at Chick-fil-A?
(THIS IS NOT A SUMMER JOB, in order to qualify for this, you have to be not in school and able to work this type of schedule during the school year ) The ideal Candidate is a highly motivated team player. Responsibilities include the following positions: cashier, drive-through, runner, or a number of related positions. Our goal is to get you to $14.50 hour position as for candidates who have graduated high school, are available 35 hours per week during Key times, and finished their training.
OPEN availability means you can work any shift we need you to work. We will still schedule out 2 weeks in advance, but if you have limitations like you need to be off by 3pm, or you are in school, then you do not qualify for OPEN AVAILABILITY.
If you are 14/15 years old, this application is not the one for you. (we only accept applications for 14/15 year olds if you fill out the applications for 14/15 year olds.)
Responsibilities:
Works registers
Might deliver catering orders
Cleaning
Bagging food
Solving customer complaints
Making drinks
Using the headset for drive-through
Available Shifts:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- 7-3pm, 8-4pm, 11-4pm, 3-8pm, 4-close, 3-clos.
If you are able to come in as early as 7am, and/or able to work during the afternoon of 2-4pm These are premium spots and help you to earn more quicker. Everyone wants 9-2... which is ok, but you may not earn as much.
the $14.50 position is reserved for those that can work day or night, full-time whatever we need.
