Duties:
- Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations including customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness during both day and night shifts
- Team Members may work in the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or kitchen depending on shift needs
- Responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, assembling orders, working the drive-thru, restocking supplies, cleaning tables and kitchen areas, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Day shift employees typically focus on lunch operations and customer service, while night shift employees assist with dinner service, cleaning, restocking, and closing duties
- Team Members are responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing food according to company standards, operating kitchen equipment, assembling orders, working as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Night shift employees may also assist with closing procedures, cleaning equipment, restocking inventory, and preparing the restaurant for the next business day
