About this location

This is a drive-thru-only Chick-fil-A.

Cotswold is a high-volume restaurant where speed, accuracy, hospitality, and teamwork matter every day. This is not a slow-paced restaurant role. Team members here stay active, work with urgency, and help create a fast and friendly guest experience.

Because we are a drive-thru-only location, many team members work both indoors and outdoors throughout their shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in different weather conditions, rotating through different responsibilities, and supporting the team wherever needed.

We are hiring all-around team members who may support either Front of House or Back of House based on store need, availability, and individual fit.

Team Member Responsibilities

Front of House responsibilities may include:

• Serving guests in a fast-paced drive-thru environment
• Working outdoors during parts of the shift
• Smiling, making eye contact, and speaking in a friendly tone
• Delivering Chick-fil-A service with accuracy, hospitality, and urgency
• Saying “My Pleasure” and creating a welcoming guest experience
• Multitasking quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicating clearly with guests and other team members
• Staying organized and focused during high-volume periods
• Following all Chick-fil-A standards, safety rules, and dress code requirements
• Completing other duties as assigned

Back of House responsibilities may include:

• Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently
• Learning and supporting kitchen stations such as fries, breading, boards, prep, and assembly
• Stocking kitchen inventory as needed
• Keeping the kitchen neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Working safely around kitchen equipment and reporting maintenance concerns to leadership
• Maintaining food safety and quality standards at all times
• Completing opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Staying up to date on training and operational changes
• Following all Chick-fil-A standards, safety rules, and dress code requirements
• Completing other duties as assigned
