Restaurant Team Lead Responsibilities Include:
- Participate operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
- Take orders in the drive-through and dining room.
- Serve orders for guests in the drive-through and dining room.
- Ensure all food safety, quality, and service standards are being met.
- Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
- Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for the team.
- Be a friendly and encouraging team player.
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
- Count drawers and finalize the day.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Fulfill duties of Team Members, including taking, preparing, and serving orders for guests, observing health and sanitation guidelines, ensuring timely service, going above and beyond to serve guests, coordinating and communicating with other team members, and working together as a team to accomplish tasks.
