Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guest needs
• Train new team members and set a positive tone for each shift
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder
• Count drawers and complete end-of-day procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests

Qualifications & Skills

• Enthusiastic smile and ability to create emotional connections with guests
• Reliable transportation and ability to work day and night shifts
• Strong people skills with a passion for serving and developing team members
• Ability to address team member performance and behavioral issues
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
