Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a talented team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in training team members and upcoming leaders.
- Fostering a positive work culture which retains and attracts talent.
- Create and execute a plan for success each day.
- Regularly monitor key business metrics and track results in areas of opportunity.
- Open or close the restaurant daily.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 Age Requirement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- A passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Commitment to continued personal development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume business.
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management; any Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
- Availability to open or close 5 days/week, including weekends and holidays; We are CLOSED on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- ServSafe certification required within 90 days.
