The SOAR Leadership Development Program at Chick-fil-A 28th & Beltline and Cascade
is a dynamic, two-year immersive experience designed for recent college
graduates eager to develop a strong foundation in organizational
leadership. Through hands-on learning at the restaurant level, you will
gain the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to excel in
leadership roles—whether at Chick-fil-A or beyond.
As a participant in SOAR, you won’t just learn about leadership—you’ll live
it. You will take on real responsibilities in restaurant operations,
team development, and strategic decision-making, all while being
mentored by experienced leaders. You will be challenged to think
critically, solve complex problems, and develop the confidence necessary
to lead teams effectively.
