What You’ll Do as a Team Leader:
- Lead by example and set the tone for exceptional teamwork and service.
- Assist with day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Respond immediately and respectfully to guest needs.
- Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they embrace our values and standards.
- Open and/or close the restaurant, manage shifts, and serve as a key holder.
- Count drawers, finalize the day’s financials, and ensure operational accuracy.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for Team Members.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
