What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Chick-fil-A?
Schedule: Ability to work most Saturdays is required
Role Summary: To lead and develop people and systems so that Operational Excellence is achieved at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale. Specific FOH ands BOH Job Duties will be discussed during the interview.

- Ability to lead fast-paced operations calmly and systematically (Shift lineups, breaks, cash management, guest services, etc.).
- We expect our leaders to coach and develop people rather than manage people. Our business and our people are a work in progress...so we need leaders who are willing to patiently grow and develop themselves, others, and the team.
