Responsibilities
- Lead shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Participate operationally in day-to-day restaurant activities
- Create an exceptional guest experience through friendly, accurate, and efficient service
- Set the tone for the shift and lead Team Members by example
- Coach and encourage Team Members to meet Chick-fil-A standards and expectations
- Assist with training new Team Members
- Monitor and adjust Team Member deployment based on business needs
- Help maintain standards for Speed of Service, hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality
- Address Team Member and guest needs promptly and respectfully
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and serve as a key holder when assigned
- Complete cash handling, drawer counts, and required shift procedures
- Communicate shift updates, opportunities, and concerns to the leadership team

- Previous Chick-fil-A, restaurant, customer service, or leadership experience preferred

Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with restaurant operations, including standing for extended periods and lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, grasping, and arm-hand coordination as required by the position.
