Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Leading operations day-to-day
- Winning the hearts of guests every day
- Assisting in training new hires and modeling excellence
- Being a friendly, encouraging coach for team members
- Opening and/or closing shifts
- Counting drawers and finalizing the day
- Achieving high-level results
Qualifications and Requirements:
