Shift Leader responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shift operations.
- Effectively organize Team Member positions, and breaks.
- Extend genuine hospitality to our guests
- Ensure that the highest standards of food safety and quality are met.
- Demonstrate excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
- Set clear expectations and enforce effective accountability.
- Train/Coach team members to meet and exceed expectations.
- Uphold all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Directors to set and achieve business goals.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MUST have prior Food Service leadership experience and knowledge
- Strong leaderships skills
- Consistency and reliability

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
