Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offering immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
- Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model for the team
- Being a friendly, encouraging team player
- Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and being a key holder
- Counting drawers and finalizing the day
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Smiling and creating and maintaining eye contact
- Speaking enthusiastically and making emotional connections with Guests
- Having reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possessing strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Having a strong commitment to superior customer service
- Being able to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Working well in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is preferred
