Minimum 1 year prior experience with Chick-fil-A as a Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Team Lead, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager is required.
About the Role
A Senior Team Leader is a high-capacity operational leader responsible for driving execution, accountability, and measurable results.
This is not a peer-level leadership role.

Systems & Accountability
Senior Team Leaders are fully responsible for implementing and enforcing:

This includes:
- Documenting coaching and disciplinary action in real time
- Tracking performance trends
- Following progressive discipline properly
- Protecting the business through consistent documentation
Failure to execute systems consistently is failure to lead.
Financial & Operational Ownership
A Senior Team Leader must understand and be accountable for:
- Labor percentages and deployment strategy
- Productivity benchmarks
- Inventory management awareness
- Drawer accuracy and cash handling standards
- Sales awareness and throughput
- Shift-level profitability impact
This position requires someone who understands that leadership decisions directly impact:
- Financial performance
- Guest experience
- Team morale
- Brand reputation
You will be expected to know the numbers and manage accordingly.
Position Type

Starting at $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Senior Team Leader Responsibilities
OPENING or CLOSING AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
- Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Drive labor efficiency while maintaining service excellence
- Hold team members accountable to policy and standards
- Lead shift planning and deployment strategy
- Conduct daily huddles with clarity and direction
- Serve as key holder; open and/or close restaurant
- Count drawers and finalize day accurately
- Execute and enforce all checklists and procedures
- Address performance issues immediately and document in One Click
- Coach team members toward measurable improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Chick-fil-A leadership experience required
- Experience leading large teams
- Proven history of measurable operational success
- Strong understanding of labor management
- Understanding food cost and waste
- Comfortable enforcing policy without hesitation
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years Chick-fil-A leadership experience
- Experience with One Click system documentation
- Experience leading in a high-volume restaurant
