Seasonal Team Member

Employment Period: October 2026 - Early January 2027

Chick-fil-A Lynnhaven Mall is looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our team for the busy holiday season! As a Seasonal Team Member, you will help us provide exceptional customer service, maintain a positive and welcoming environment, and ensure our guests receive the quality food and hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for.

This is a temporary seasonal position from October through early January, with the opportunity to be considered for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Take and accurately process customer orders.
• Prepare, package, and serve food while following Chick-fil-A quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently during busy holiday shopping periods.
• Assist with front-of-house or back-of-house operations as assigned.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Create a welcoming experience for every guest.

No previous restaurant or customer service experience is required! We provide training to help every Team Member succeed.

Previous experience in fast food, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not necessary. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and excited to learn.

• No specific degree or formal education is required.
• Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

This position is specifically designed to support our restaurant during the holiday shopping season. Applicants should be available to work from October through early January, with flexible availability during our busiest periods, including Thanksgiving week, Black Friday, and the weeks leading up to Christmas.
