Position Type:
- Full-time Shift Lead
- Day Shift (5:30 am-3 pm) and Evening Shift (3 pm-11:30 pm) Available
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Front of House and Back of House Positions available

Responsibilities include:
- Lead closing or opening shifts in the restaurant
- Assist Restaurant Managers in leading the team
- Manage a team of 15-25 people
- Train and encourage employees to accomplish business goals
- Ensure operational standards are met at all times
- Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals
Front of House Shift Leader Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals
- Ensure strict alignment to Chick-fil-A standards
- Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and and consistent guest experience
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Protect the interest of the operator
Back of House Shift Leader Responsibilities
- Ensure strict alignment to all Food Safety requirements and Chick-fil-A standards
- Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times
- Manage Waste and Food cost, and create an environment of good stewardship
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and consistent guest experience
- Train and develop team members
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Protect the interests of the operator
Required Skills:
- Experience managing shifts and daily business operations
- Experience leading teams to meet business goals
- Experience giving feedback and coaching team members to meet standards
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
