Overview:
- Responsible for every aspect of everyday operations and the growth of our brand
- Lead a team of 75-125 employees
- Be a good steward of what we've been entrusted with
- Serve our guests with genuine hospitality and care
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and interview new team members
- Train and supervise team members
- Manage budgets and financial records
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Oversee stock and pricing control
- Maximize profitability and productivity
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and materials
- Provide opportunities for staff advancements

Requirements:
- 2 years of management experience
- Confidence and resourcefulness
