Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times.
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
• Customer service duties:
- Greeting customers.
- Taking customer orders.
- Completing transactions on the cash register.
- Operating the drive-thru window.
- Restocking supplies.
- Maintaining a clean store environment.
