We are looking for part-time team members to help run our daytime operations. We are looking for a warm and friendly team player to serve guests in our dining room and in our drive thru by delivering Remarkable Service with our brand of Genuine Hospitality! Ideal availability for lunch - 10:30am-3pm, though we are flexible with your needs.

Position Type:
- Full-time or Part-time
- Flexible Schedule - Day shift and night shift, 3-8-hour shifts available, 3-5 days a week.
- Great for parents while kids are in school, retirees, people looking to start careers, and students after school or clubs/sports.
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Create an environment where people feel served and cared for
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves helping others
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
- A Team-Player mindset
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 40-55 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions
