Front counter team members perform guest services duties. Guest service job duties include greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Responsibilities for Orland Park Front Counter Team Member

• Serving Guests with a great attitude and friendly smile
• Taking & delivering orders to guests
• Moving with a sense of urgency
• Daily Cleaning of Restaurant
• Consistent Availability

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Work in cold or hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts; ability to lift over 15lbs.
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to guest complaints, requests, and needs with speed and a good attitude
