What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Manager - Front of House position at Chick-fil-A?
We have openings for the Night Shift Manager position. The work schedule for this position will be primarily evening and closing shifts within the hours of 2:00pm-11:00pm. Responsibilities:
- Leads the front of house portion of the restaurant including staffing, operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Checks in all team members on shift for proper appearance guidelines
- Ensures that all breaks and rotations are handled for the shift, paying close attention to minor labor laws and break scheduling
- Must be proficient at handling and counting cash drawers
- Maintains Speed of Service at or below the established goals and reports results per shift
- Monitor labor productivity and makes adjustments as needed to reach established goals and reports results per shift
- Maintains a clean and safe environment at all times
- Manages call offs and tardies as per store policy
- Completes one food safety audit per shift
- Documents team member infractions
- Works with Catering Director to execute catering orders for the shift
- Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
Requirements:
- Servsafe Certified (Will complete once hired)
- Is available to Close at least four days per week
- Complete the Accelerate Leadership Development program (Will complete once hired)
- Is reliable and does not call out for scheduled shifts
- Understand, model, and execute the HEARD model for guest recovery.
- Have knowledge of and consistently execute our organization’s mission statement and Core Values
- Understands and helps promote knowledge of the Food Safety 5 and how it applies to their respective area
