We open for service at 6:30 AM are looking for hard-working individuals who can assist in operations in the front of house and heart of house to help open and serve through the breakfast and lunch-time dayparts throughout the week, including Saturdays, throughout the year. Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Serve guests with the highest standards of customer service
- Move quickly with the ability to multi-task and work with a team
- Ensure food-safety, speed of service, accuracy, and remarkable experiences for our guests
- Be responsible for maintaining organization, cleanliness, and recipes
- Stock inventory as needed without direction
- Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around equipment
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
