WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand Buzz Builder

• Create hype for new product launches with:

* Product sampling

* Surprise and Delight giveaways

* Pop-up experiences

* Guerrilla marketing moments

• Own our social media presence:

* Monthly content calendars

* Reels, stories, surprise guest shoutouts

* “This place is different” type content

• Make our restaurant a local celebrity — not just another fast-food stop

Surprise & Delight Architect

• Design and execute:

* Monthly surprise & delight events

* Costume days

* Themed pop-ups

* Community stunts

* “Did that really just happen?” moments

• Manage Mr. Cow like a celebrity mascot:

* Appearances

* Community visits

* Spirit nights

* School drop-ins

* Parade moments

Community Hype Person

• Build partnerships with:

* Schools

* PTAs

* Sports teams

* Churches

* Local businesses

• Own Spirit Nights, backstage experiences, & community giveaways

• Be the face of the brand at events, games, tournaments, and festivals

Sales & Growth Strategist

• Create and execute:

* Annual & quarterly marketing plans

* Community partnership pipelines

• Track ROI, giveaway performances, event recaps, and brand exposure

Organization & Execution Boss

• Maintain:

* Promotional inventory

* Mascot gear

* CFA vehicles

* Event supplies

• Handle:

* Donation & Spirit Night requests

* Event scheduling

* Recaps and reporting

* Marketing budget stewardship

THE REAL-LIFE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation - this role moves

• Availability is open - nights, weekends, events, and moments that matter

• Comfortable in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - you know your way around a keyboard

• Stay on your feet bringing energy for long stretches - 5 hours

• Lift, move, and set up gear - up to 50 lbs. without hesitation
