About the Internship
Chick-fil-A Tempe is seeking a Paid, Part-Time Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship is designed specifically for college students who want hands-on, real-world marketing experience in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
This is a structured internship that provides exposure to multiple areas of marketing with a strong emphasis on revenue generation, community engagement, and brand execution. You’ll work closely with our marketing leadership to support initiatives that directly impact local sales, catering growth, and brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll gain experience across a variety of marketing functions, including:
● Promoting national Chick-fil-A brand campaigns and local market promotions.
● Supporting community outreach efforts, including visiting and “blitzing” local businesses to build awareness and relationships.
● Assisting with events and activations, including partnerships with Sun Devil Athletics and other local organizations.
● Helping identify, support, and grow local catering opportunities and additional points of sale.
● Assisting with on-site and off-site marketing events, pop-ups, and community initiatives
● Providing general support for day-to-day marketing operations, planning, and execution
● Creating Social Content for our Social Media Manager
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a student who is:
● Currently enrolled in college (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
● Energetic, reliable, and professional
● Comfortable engaging with customers, businesses, and community partners
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
● Interested in brand marketing, event execution, community outreach, and revenue-driven marketing
● Able to represent the Chick-fil-A brand with confidence and positivity

Schedule & Pay
This is a paid, part-time internship with flexible hours to fit around your school schedule. Some evenings or weekends may be required for events or activations - Sundays off.
