Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
This role is a servant leader with a deep understanding of and love for our team and guests who develops and executes a strategic marketing vision that amplifies both sales and brand growth in the local restaurant and community. They are dedicated to serve and support catering sales, catering execution, and community engagement. They embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
