As a Marketing and Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the action, overseeing marketing strategies and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. In this role, you will initially focus on operational tasks within the restaurant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and gain a thorough understanding of our business. As you demonstrate effectiveness and reliability in handling these operational responsibilities, there will be an opportunity to gradually take on more marketing duties, including planning and executing marketing strategies outside of peak operational hours. The goal is to build trust and ensure that marketing efforts are managed efficiently and effectively. The goal will be to eventually have a 50/50 split between Marketing and Operational hours unless the need for more has presented itself

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Manage day-to-day operations while working in the restaurant
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Social media and community engagement
• Food distributions and event hosting
• Donations and giveaway management
• Handling of in-restaurant marketing materials
