Marketing & Catering Coordinator

Role Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to help grow our brand presence, increase sales, and strengthen connections within our community. This dynamic role involves hands-on participation in marketing initiatives, social media engagement, special events, and supporting daily operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Assist in planning and implementing special events, both in-store and within the community
• Keep marketing displays current, appealing, and on-brand
• Help carry out store-level marketing activities in alignment with our broader marketing plan
• Serve as a brand ambassador during community outreach initiatives
• Contribute to day-to-day business operations as needed to support overall success
• Help the organization execute the Winning Hearts Every Day strategy through catering
• Create, maintain and develop relationships with team members, leaders and guests that align with our values, vision and strategy
• Execution and oversight of catering orders
• Maintaining Catering prep and equipment (box meals, sauces, paper goods, TMS Bags, etc.)
• Completion of Catering checklists
• Ringing in, suggestive selling, and tendering Catering orders
• Coordinate with scheduler to provide training as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly, hospitable, and outgoing demeanor
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Self-starter with a passion for marketing and community engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Embody our organization’s core values
• Provide complete buy-in to the vision set forth in the restaurant by the Operator
• Have a forward thinking mentality to stay ahead and not react to the business
• Setting monthly and quarterly S.M.A.R.T. catering execution goals

Preferred: Experience in marketing, catering, and event planning

We will know the Catering Coordinator is successful upon attaining the following:

• There is no breakdown of execution in catering process (measured daily)
• Positive feedback from guests on timeliness, service and quality of food (measured weekly)
• Positive feedback from leaders on communication and readiness of Catering orders (measured monthly)
