Leader In Training

Chick-fil-A Singing Hills is seeking early career professionals or experienced hospitality professionals to join our Leadership Development & Manager Training Program. This 2-YEAR accelerated development program will prepare you to hold a leadership role with Chick-fil-A Singing Hills within the first 6 months; preparing you for continued advancement within the restaurant and/or serving as a stepping stone on the path to your long-term career. 


The first 6–9 months of the program are a blend of Leadership Development and Restaurant Operational Skills Development, delivered through coursework, personal coaching and on-the-job training designed to prepare you for the role of Front of House or Back of House Operations Leader. Upon successful completion of the first portion of the program and promotion to Shift Leader, continued growth opportunities are available in multiple areas, such as Restaurant Operations Leadership, HR, Training, or other functional roles with Chick-fil-A. We will commit to growing you intentionally for the first 6–12 months, and for the remainder of the 2-year commitment your leadership is put into practice by growing your team, and continuing to deepen your leadership understanding and experience.  Our hope is that our vision and values are a good fit for your long-term career here at CFA Singing Hills.

Position Type 

Full-Time - Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week between the hours of 5:30am - 11:00pm, Monday through Saturday; minimum 2-year commitment to the program 


Pay Type – starting at $18/h

Through our programs you will be moved through courses designed to help you understand our business from all aspects. Personal coaching and reading materials will coincide with your in-restaurant training to set you up for success in a leadership role within our restaurant. Upon successful completion of the Program (between 6–9 months), candidates will assume permanent position in either Front of House or Back of House, and will be eligible for further growth opportunities in Restaurant Operations Leadership, HR, Training, or other functional roles with Chick-fil-A.

This job is not for everyone. During peak hours, we serve HUNDREDS of guests an hour. While serving our guests with quality, hot food, we must keep our store spotless and well-stocked.
