What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Team Member position at Chick-fil-A?
We are hiring full-time and part-time team members to work in our kitchen! We are looking for applicants who are consistent and reliable, have a cheerful and positive attitude, value teamwork, and love serving and helping others. Our goal is to produce remarkable food for our guests by preparing and cooking food to our Chick-fil-A standards.

Starting Pay: *Raises every 6 months!*
- Part-time: $12.77-$14.77/hour
- Full-time: $17.77/hour
Position Type:
- Part-time or full-time
- Day shifts (between 5:30 am-5:30 pm) or night shifts (1:00 pm-11:00 pm)
- Must have Saturday availability
Responsibilities:
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Keep up-to-date with new products
- Follow all food safety procedures
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Must have Saturday availability
- Ability to multitask
