Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:
- Champion Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Customer Service in all areas of responsibility
- Identify and act on opportunities to create memorable moments for guests and have a positive impact in our community
- Perform all Back of House restaurant roles (Prep, Breading, Machines, Specials, Boards, Fries, etc.) and related tasks with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and speed
- Understand, monitor, engage in Food Safety practices at all times
- Maintain clean, organized, and food safe work spaces at all times
- Use and care for all kitchen equipment properly & safely; report all maintenance issues to Team Leaders immediately
- Complete opening, stocking, prep, cleaning, and closing tasks as assigned
- Anticipate needs and move with intention and urgency in all areas of responsibility
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable; demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Firestone's uniform standards, policies, standards of conduct, and operational requirements at all times
- Other duties as assigned
