We are seeking hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team for evening and closing shifts. As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality food while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Quality
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food with accuracy and speed following the standard procedures.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
Operational Excellence
- Meet service time goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow portioning and food-handling procedures to reduce waste and control costs.
- Assist with restocking as needed.
Teamwork & Development
- Communicate effectively with teammates and leaders
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team environment
- Participate in ongoing training for culinary and leadership growth
Closing & Maintenance
- Complete all closing responsibilities
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, stocking, and readiness for the next day
- Report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
Required Qualifications
- Closing availability is REQUIRED – Must be able to work evening shifts and stay past 11:00 p.m.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
