Position Type:
- Full-time Monday-Saturday
- Kitchen Morning Manager 5:45am-3:30pm
- Kitchen Night Manager 3pm-11pm
- Must have Friday and Saturday availability

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Following Kitchen Systems/Procedures are followed

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Ipad/computer user
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, manager for a minimum of 1-3 years
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
