- Lead and model Chick-fil-A Five Point's vision and values with guests and team
- Recruit, select, and develop a high performance kitchen leadership team
- Maximize kitchen throughput and capacity by delivering on these four key drivers: Ensure Food Safety, Improve Product Quality, Increase Production Capacity, and Enhance Team Member Environment
Section 2: Job Requirements
- 10 years of full-time senior management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Prior P&L responsibility
- ServSafe certification
