What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Manager position at Chick-fil-A?
As a Kitchen Manager, you will work closely with our Kitchen Director to run and own all aspects of the kitchen. You will be challenged and empowered to lead the kitchen throughout the day, as you learn what it take to run a highly efficient, yet fun, kitchen staff. Alongside that, you will learn how to manage inventory, work every position at our store, and be a part of growing a $9 million business through expertise and relationships. Hourly rate starting at $17/hour.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 or older
• Full-time preferred (Part-time also available)
• Ability to multitask at a fast, efficient and complete pace
• Solid, reliable and team-oriented work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Service oriented, positive attitude.
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen: taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost
• Previous leadership experience preferred
