Kitchen Manager BOH

Macedonia Chick-fil-A is looking for experienced Back of

House Shift Managers who are driven to coach and develop others while

exhibiting a passion to serve! *Please note, this position requires year round full time availability to be considered for the $20hr pay rate.

Chick-fil-A Shift Manager Responsibilities:

· Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder in a “hands on” management position

· Develop others with coaching, training and accountability and leading by example

·

Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while

maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and

guest experience

· Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and create a positive work environment for everyone

· Maintain a work environment that ensures the highest level of food safety and cleanliness standards for our team and guests

Chick-fil-A Shift Manager Requirements:

· You must be hard working, team oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.

· Reliable transportation with a current driver’s license is required

· Be authorized to work in the United States

· Be at least 18 years old

· Must have a High School diploma or equivalent

· Be available to work a minimum 35 hours per week and be available on Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests

· Have at least one-year previous management or leadership experience in a restaurant or similar work environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Saturday availability is REQUIRED.
