What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Specialist position at Chick-fil-A?
Chick-fil-A's Inventory Specialist will be responsible for putting truck orders away, inputting orders and stocking shelves. This is a part time position! If you would like full time, you'll have the option to join our back of the house team. Read details of our back of house (BOH) position below.
You’ll be working in a CDC approved working environment. You’ll have access to face masks, gloves, sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and we have installed clear barriers to further protect our team members.

Position Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Meet or exceed individual productivity
- Able to effectively collaborate with team members
- Black, non slip restaurant shoes required
Back Of House:
- Prepping buns
- Making food for orders
- Handling knives
- Handling hot grease (dropping chicken, fries, cleaning machines)
- Working around hot machinery (oven, griddles)
- Breading chicken
- Handling raw chicken
- Safe food handling
- Washing dishes (able to properly handle raw chicken dishes)
- Multitasking
- Cleaning
- Standing and working on your feet for hours at a time
- Putting together/ breaking down tools and machines to open/close the restaurant.
Position Qualifications
- 18
