WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Training (QSR or retail background a plus)
• Strong communicator who can build relationships inside and outside the restaurant
• Creative thinker with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable analyzing data and making strategic decisions based on what you find
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
