Human Resources Director / Role Responsabilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage recruiting channels and Lead recruitment efforts.
- Schedule interviews for Assistant General Manager's & General Managers.
- Manage candidate references.
- Manage team member referrals.
- Onboard team members, schedule/facilitate orientation, including uniform ordering, HR/Payroll & Hot Schedules management, and file completion.
- Team Member User Administration (TMUA) updates.
- Manage @CFA access.
- Post job openings on Hot Schedules and company email.
- Grant company email access to managers and above.
- Manage strong security access (call list, alarm).
Performance Management
- Ensure roles & responibilities have been drafted, reviewed, signed and filed.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to ensure they pay plan is shared upon hire and/or promotion.
- Schedule 30,60,90-day reviews with Executive Director and General Managers.
- Record all progressive discipline records in locked Google Drive for Executive Director and General access.
- Schedule semi-annual and annual reviews with Executive Director and General Managers.
- Ensure execution of leader assessments; 360 surveys.
- File monthly General manager & Assistant General Manager scorecards.
- Collaborate all investigations with General Managers and present final summary and recommended determination with Head Executive Board members ( Owner/ED).
Sucession Planning
- Oversee Genera Manager's completion of exit interviews.
- Conduct semi-annual employee team member engagement surveys.
- Partner with the Executive Director & General Manager to create a retention action plan.
- Maintain a company organizational chart.
Compensation & Benefit Process
- Lead Health Insurance Open Enrollment.
- Update yearly pay filter with Operations and Financial Director.
- Promote and oversee team member scholarship programs.
- Promote benefits of CFA MarketPlace.
Human Resources Information Systems
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to identify and enforce state and federal labor laws.
- Quarterly team member file audits.
- Oversee Sedgwick team member and guest claim process.
- Support Operations with investigations.
- Ensure consistency in execution of the Progressive Discipline Process.
- Draft and oversee the Performance Improvement Plan for Operations.
- Create progressive discipline templates for common policy violations.
Learning & Development
- Track employee Pathway training.
- Enforce and update team member promotional process.
- Create and execute OSHA/Safety Training.
- Sexual Harassment & workplace environment training.
- Distribute and track team member completion of the food handler certificate.
- Distribute leader checklist (@cfa app, Inform, emergency contact list).
- Collaborate with Operations to update job descriptions as needed.
Human Resources Data & Analytics
- Share and review Unit Data Report with Executive Director and General Managers.
- Update state and federal workplace compliance posters.
- Facilitate team member handbook updates bi-annually.
