Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Serve guests with a smile and enthusiasm
- Care for our guests and create a welcoming environment
- Cash management
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask and manage multiple demands during shift
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
