Position Type:
- Part-time 11AM-2PM shift
- Monday -Friday
- No holidays
- No weekends
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated hospitality specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and will play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests , addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Assist with order taking striving for order accuracy.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables and chairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
