The is a hybrid role designed for high-capacity individuals who thrive in
both guest-facing and kitchen environments.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence by
flexing between Front of House and Back of House responsibilities based on
business needs. Team Members in this position are trained to deliver
exceptional guest experiences while also executing high-quality food production
with precision and efficiency.
This is not a single-station role—this is a dynamic, cross-functional
position built for adaptability, growth, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House
Excellence
- Create
- remarkable guest experiences through genuine hospitality
- Maintain eye
- contact, speak enthusiastically, and build emotional connections
- Accurately take
- orders and ensure speed and accuracy
- Support dining
- room, drive-thru, and mobile operations
- Represent the
- brand through professionalism and positivity
Back of House
Execution
- Prepare, cook,
- assemble, and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Work across
- multiple kitchen stations (breading, fries, boards, prep, etc.)
- Ensure food
- safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
- Maintain speed
- and accuracy during high-volume periods
- Monitor
- inventory levels and restock as needed
Hybrid Expectations
