Hospitality/Drive Thru Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and offer a fond farewell
- Show care and attentiveness to guests with a smile, maintaining eye contact, and speaking enthusiastically
- Ensure order accuracy, verifying order, confirm and receive payment
- Enhance the guest experience by showing care to our guests ("My Pleasure")
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training (Pathway) and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
