Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ~100 toward our collective goals
- Steward our finances and ensure we are honoring God, our team, and our guests with our resources
- Ensure each guest has the opportunity to receive best in class service
- Work closely with a diverse team of leaders to invest in, develop, and encourage our team to grow
- Grow our brand locally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Desire to grow and achieve something meaningful
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
