Our basic starting pay for Team Members is $15.25 per hour, but additional opportunities for wage increases are based on your role, your availability, and previous experience. We also offer advancement opportunities and on-the-job training for leadership roles.

- Be able to effectively lead yourself
- Personally follow all Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale systems, processes, policies and procedures related to your specific role
- Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
