Full-Time Closing Manager - Restaurant

Position Type:

• Full-time
• PM shifts 2pm-11pm
• 40 hrs a week
• Mondays and Saturday night availability required
• Sundays off

Manager Responsibilities:

• Close the store at 11pm, lead shifts, key holder
• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful responses to guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Count drawers and finalize the day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 21 years or older
• Be proficient in English to be able to effectively communicate with guests
• Driven to serve guests and team members with care
• Connects with the team in a healthy way to create unity
• Desire to grow and be developed
• Consistently steward the culture and brand of Chick-fil-A
• Partners with other leaders towards the common goal of making the world better
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Saturday availability
• Closing availability
• 40 hours a week
