At Chick-fil-A The Vineyard & Clinton Keith Rd, we are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. Our Directors are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for all our guests that come in contact with our restaurant. A successful FOH Director will conduct themselves in a professional manner and display a positive attitude and honorable character. Directors will lead by example and assist in training Team Members in all restaurant positions. In addition, Directors will be responsible for ensuring that all their Team Members, Shift Leaders and Managers understand clear expectations. That training is being conducted and executed under Chick-fil-A Pathway 2.0 Operational requirements. Directors ensure opening and/or closing restaurant operations are being conducted in under their Shift Leaders in a safe and well executed manner.
Position Type:
· Full-time and Part-time
Free employee meals: Whenever you work more than 5 hours, you will be provided a meal during your break time. If you work over 10 hours, two meals will be provided.

Work directly with Chick-fil-A Operator: The Operator is an independent business person responsible for operating the restaurant. The Operator will invest in the team to help them reach their goals and learn beneficial life skills.

Responsibilities:
· Welcome and greet guests in the Chick-fil-A Second Mile, Winning Hearts Everyday, hospitality manner
· Treat all guests and Team Members with honor, dignity, and respect
· Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, say “my pleasure”
· Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
· Communicate effectively with team and guests
· Take, fulfill, and serve guests orders
· Adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
· Train and lead Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Managers in all areas of the restaurant
· Be responsible for both Front of House and overseeing of Back of House Operations when BOH Director isn't present
· Document training progress for Team Members
· Opening and closing the restaurant operations
· Lead shifts
· Other duties as assigned
