Front of House Team Member (Short Shift / Non-Traditional Part-Time)
Position Summary
We are seeking Front of House Team Members who are looking for short, flexible shifts instead of traditional part-time or full-time schedules. This role is ideal for individuals who want to work 20–24 hours per week in focused, high-impact shifts while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Available Shift Options
Team Members will be scheduled within one of the following consistent shift blocks:
- 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Note: Candidates will select their preferred shift block based on availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
- Take accurate orders in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver food and beverages with a sense of urgency
- Maintain cleanliness in dining room, front counter, and guest areas
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork with both FOH and BOH
- Uphold brand standards in hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a remarkable experience

Compensation & Hours
